Innsbruck Records is a global label, management and media company representing artists in all facets of the industry. Our mission is to discover, develop, support and mentor artists to reach their individual goals and to protect all intellectual property rights.
Maria Infantine, J.D.
After a decade touring as a bassist for world renowned artists, Maria earned a B.Sc., Psychology and then obtained a graduate biotech degree from Northeastern University in Boston and climbed the ranks to VP, Boston Life Sciences, Inc. Rounding out her corporate venture capital experience and expanding her entrepreneurial skills she co-founded ‘The House of O., Inc.’ – a custom furnishings / interior design company based in Boston.
Feeling a gravitational pull toward the entertainment industry, Maria entered law school to capitalize on her business acumen and solidify her knowledge of Intellectual Property – specifically interested in Patent, Copyright and Trademark Law. After obtaining her Juris Doctorate at Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Maria relocated to New York city to reconnect with the entertainment world by establishing a music division at MHN Management as Managing Director. In 2007 she began collaborating with 2x Grammy nominated, Genie (Oscar) winner & multi-platinum award winning Producer/ Mix Engineer and nominated Songwriter, RK: Roman Klun. They decided to merge their respective formidable networks to form a label.
Maria brings legal IP knowledge, solid corporate expertise and musical insight to complete the Innsbruck Records structure.

International freelance, producer, mixer, songwriter; 2X Grammy nominee, Genie (Oscar) Award winner, Multi-Platinum in sales, JPF Hollywood nominee, Juno Winner and with a #1 Album debut at Billboard, RK is a forward thinking Record Producer, Mixer, Songwriter & Conceptualist. While recognized by the AES (Audio Engineering Society) for his work in 5.1 Surround Sound, RK is also Managing Partner at “Innsbruck Records”; Music, Management & Media.

As a songwriter, RK recently completed his 3rd solo album entitled “Kingsway,” predominantly written in the French Quarter of New Orleans. The record was officially released at three showcases in New York while also opening for the legendary and 2X Grammy Award winner, Levon Helm (vocalist, drummer, actor). Musicians on the “Kingsway” recording include; Steve Gadd, Jerry Marotta, Aaron Comess, Tony Levin, Daniel Grimsland, Gerry Leonard, Jesse Gress, Pete Levin, Bob Halligan Jr. and Steven Bernstein and Erik Lawrence of The Levon Helm Brass.
Based in Manhattan, N.Y., RK as a singer/songwriter has also shared the live stage with Joey Eppard, Three, The Pete Levin Trio, the Joan Osborne band and opened for the Legendary Levon Helm. RK, a noted drummer, has performed on numerous studio recordings & live, notably the Mark Kostabi Group at the famous Iridium Club in New York City.
Roman Klun is a member of the (AES) Audio Engineering Society, past executive member and is a member of The Recording Academy, The AFofM, BMI and SOCAN.
RK brings forward thinking concepts, record production, engineering, songwriting and networking insight to Innsbruck Records.
